Women's Bootcamp

My bootcamp for Women takes place in Priory Park in Crouch End (N8) every Wednesday morning. Each week I focus on the following areas:

 

- speed work (including intervals, fartlek & shuttle runs using cones or trees as landmarks)
own body weight strength exercises (squats, lunges, push ups, tricep dips etc)
core & back stability work (lots of planks in variations, depending on your level)
- agility & balance (one legged squats, squat jumps, stepping up on benches, jumping over logs etc)
- the importance of good stretching - before & after
 
BOOTCAMP DETAILS:
When - every Wednesday at 9:15-10am 
Where - Priory Park (meet by the basketball court) 
How much - Each session is £9 drop in  
Please bring - water bottle, gloves, hat
 
It's hard work, but we also have lots of fun. We all push & motivate each-other and work within our own limits.
 
All levels are welcome! I will tailor each exercise to everyone's needs & levels - for example if you are new to exercise or have had a baby in the last 1 year I will make sure you focus on your core & back strength before asking you to jump or skip. If you are fairly advanced and is already exercising regularly I will ensure I push and challenge you accordingly - expect a bit more running & jumping and some more advanced planks!
