We all have different goals and objectives when it comes to getting fitter and healthier. Some of you want to tone up, get stronger and leaner, some want to lose the extra weight around the stomach, whilst some may have a goal to run a 5k run for the first time!
My aim as a Personal Trainer is to help you achieve your goals & objectives in a realistic and achievable timescale. I will work closely with you you to create an individual plan which suits your specific needs and expectations.
As a Personal Trainer I offer the following:
- One-to-one Personal Training programmes (women only)
- Women's only Bootcamps
- Training programme 6 weeks
- Free Consultation & 30 minutes Trial Session (prior to one-to-one booking)

I can come to your house, meet you in one of the local parks or use my home - whatever suits you best.
