As a Pre & Post Natal Specialist and a mother of two young children I have a wealth of experience in pre & post natal exercise. I know it can sometimes be difficult to find the time to exercise or a bit daunting if you don't know where to start!  


This is where I can help you - I will meet you for a consultation to start with and following this I will design an individual pre or post natal training programme for you, carefully taking into account your specific circumstances such as -


- did you have a healthy pregnancy

 - did you have a natural or c section delivery

 - post birth recovery

- previous and current fitness levels

- past and present injuries

- your goals & objectives

- time commitment


I will then meet you for a trial one-to-one session to make sure the level is right for you before you decide on any further one-to-one personal training sessions. For example, for a post natal client my focus will be to firstly strengthen her core & back before incorporating more high impact exercise. 


I offer 1 hour or 30 minute session.
