I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Pre & Post Natal Specialist and work with women of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels. I focus on core stability, functional training and is also passionate about running, having ran five marathons and several other races.
I work closely with women to define and establish their specific goals & aspirations and together we make sure they are both realistic and achievable.
Following an initial free consultation I design an individual training programme which will include training plans, nutritional advice and motivational lifestyle guidance.
I train with my clients at their home, in the park or at my home, in central Crouch End - whatever suits them best.

Buddy training - If you have a friend (perhaps another new mum from your local NCT group?) who you would like to train with, then I offer buddy training. Training with a friend is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and to have fun together!
I offer 1 hour and 30 minute sessions, depending on your lifestyle and work/family commitments. Just contact me to book a time.
